准备贷款买组屋,刚刚找了一个中介问了关于贷款的事情。他给我列了一些套餐,我个人倾向于稳定一点的,求教大家那个比较合适?还有就是火险和律师费,现在的银行还会补贴吗?还是需要跟他们讨价还价才会给?除了这些还有哪些注意事项?不是很懂,谢谢大家的宝贵意见。

怎么没有DBS三年固定的,我打算用这个,利率没MAYBANK低
可以跟banker讨价还价,不过他们要向上appeal,能不能成就未必了

不要选UOB 和 OCBC 的, 他们的那个HMBR和Board Rate 是不透明的,随他说了算,锁定期一过,等着哭吧

谢谢您的提醒,身边朋友选过UOB,也遭遇过。现在我估计就看CITI和DBS的固定利率5年的?

上个月刚买的房,签的citi的loan,记得是1.35% fix for 3years啊,现在是5年的了?

我这个是中介给的。还没去银行问。请问你的贷款是自己去银行找的还是中介推荐的?

我们是中介推荐的banker,你做in principal的时候的banker不是也都会给你rate嘛。
