must i use lawyer designated by bank

Hello,

I have planned to use CPF to pay the house loan, bank told I need use lawyer to submit document to CPF and bank, need I use the lawyer listed by bank or whoever I can use? Thanks

usually the bank will provide a list of lawyers. you could choose one from the list based on the fees. you could also use your own lawyer.

貌似一定要银行指定的律师（Bank Panel Lawyer), 不可以用银行指定以外的律师。

不必是银行指定的律师，自己找吧，我的律师也是自己找的。
