在浮动和 fix 的纠结中。
现在浮动：sibor (3month) + 0.89, cap at 1.49% for 3 year.  for 4th, 5th year: sibor + 1.01%;
fix:             2 + 2 ( 2年的 fix at 1.38％， 之后2年 可以选择 fixed at 1.38% or sibor + 1.25%).

各位有什么建议么。 多谢。
