如果卖家买房子时候比新政策早,那么卖家当然不用付那些所谓的TAX...这个新政策好象去是年,5月开始的.

那么换句话意思是,卖家买房子早于去年5月,那么,他们就不需要交任何TAX.

2011年1月14号之前买的有的也是受限制，就是在2010年8月到2011年1月14号之前的，

对的，10年是卖家税还没那么高，因为房价没有打下来，11年又加码了。总而言之，不要你频繁操作把市场超热。
