你的情况只能是
1. 买新EC，能拿到30000补贴，EC TOP后六个月之内将组屋卖掉
2. 买新DBSS，也能拿到30000补贴，DBSS TOP后六个月之内将组屋卖掉, 不过现在DBSS计划已经停止，市场上还没卖完的DBSS不多。

我建议买新EC，有私宅设施，而且10年以后就是100%私人房产了。DBSS永远都只是组屋，而且没有设施，也不便宜。

偶刚刚上hdb网站看了下，这说明是basic + allowance?
