从2008第一季126.2到2012第一季191.6,短短四年,指数增长了52%。 |

房价从1990年涨到1997年,指数从33.6涨到136;然后跌价从指数136到100左右,维持到2007年;从2007年涨到2012年。
从这个数据不难分析出,房价是大涨若干年后,再稳定若干年积蓄能量,然后再大涨。
都是通货膨胀惹得祸。 |

没事就涨,有事就跌。SARS 把房地产涨势压得时间太久,06 年下半年开始就反弹了。
