这个没办法，如果大市不好整体走低是正常现象。ZF可以做的就是增加房产附近的配套以保证增值

The problem is that current Valuation+COV system will not lead to big price drop so soon

If BTO is priced low ahead of time (projected), there will be dis-alignment between BTO and resale flats. Hence, choas and unhappiness will arise.

So I don't think Gov will adopt that suggestion.

Anyway, young couples finally have a chance, either the balloting chance or something else. . .
