本人国内硕士，两年的工作经验，prof说有个半小时的电话面试，想问下大家，
半个小时大概都会问什么，需要往哪方面准备？谢谢了~

3) What are your motivations in applying for smu and this course?
4) What would be your research area and why?

想问下，prof.说research fellow的工资都是按学校规定的，不是他们可以控制的，是这样的么？

是的。 这是因为你的工资都是从government grant得来的。。所以要有个交代
