Develop a project  plan for any of the two  departments of an upcoming hospital .The project should include the follow details :
         Location ,design and layout
         Organogam and workflow  of the department
          Facilitys within the department
          Management of materials and maintenance within the department
          Electric and fire system within the department
          Methods of waste disposal
          Security and safety measures within the department
  
  Each department should have some specialized  features of its own which can be used as an unique selling point for the hospit
al .
         
2.  healthcare quality   
   As an outpatient department manager ,you have been asked to present a project report on the quality of care provided by your department .develop a questionnaire comprising 20 questions to study the quality assurance .the focus group for questioning will be :
     Front office staff
     Consultants in out-patient department
     Out-Patients  department
     Manager  
     Nurses in out-patient department
     Pharmacists of out-patient department

I will only suggest some stuff, you've got to put in effort to find out, there must be a lot of hospital related information online, if not go to an actual hospital like NUH, Tan Tock Seng Hospital to take a look. Be creative.

Project Plan:
A hospital with a top-notch emergency department, with on-site doctors throughout the hospital operations hours (24x7x365). We promised a all-through emergency admission and diagnosis process that will put the patient comfort as the top-most priority. How we do that? blah ... blah ... blah... Be creative, since you just have to think it and type it, without implementing it, can think BIG!

The second department will be our special Wholistic Body Management Clinic, aka the Weight Management Clinic, whereby we promise to keep you at a healthy weight-to-height ratio, if not we give you back 50% of your fees. We will blah blah blah....

How's that for a start.
