If you would like us to review your application, please send us details of the applicant's job duties in the campany, a copy of the applicant's employment contract, a copy of the applicant's highest educational certificates ( if available) and clear copies of the applicant's past employment testimonials, with a cover letter citing the application number,Pleaes mail these documents to the work pass division.

根本不是什么上诉问题。。因为根本还没有拒绝你。。

但你的问题比被拒绝还严重。。因为你现在的申请提供的资料和信息和以前提供的不一致

具体怎么不一致和为什么不一致应该只有你知道。。。建议谨慎处理。。。
另外： 你这也不能叫“补充资料”。。
