请教：ROM说的Statutory Declaration,和verification of documents

ROM网站有说“go to the ROM on the day and time allotted (usually 3-4 working days before solemnisation) for Statutory Declaration, verification of documents and collection of marriage documents”，请问各位网友，一般Statutory Declaration是要做些什么的，verification of documents 我们需要带些什么资料过去（除了身份证、护照之类的）。因为我男友是新加坡公民，我是中国公民，现在都在中国。打算11月回新一趟登记。因为网站上好像也没有说带什么资料，就发帖请教下各位网友啦。谢谢！

中国公民：护照 + 签证
新加坡公民：护照/身份证

两个21岁以上的成年人作见证人，一个主婚人

网上提前预约，一般要提前一到两个月

    我的护照要翻译成英文吗或者公证之类的，另外为什么不需要我的无配偶证明，难道新加坡不怕这样会存在很多重婚之类的。
