1st thing , if you cant accept comments (both positive & negative) , why do you want to post this up here?a forum is for members to discuss.if you still dun understand this rule of the forum then go back to your dark little hole and hide yourself.
2nd thing , by using foul words to that person, it only shows how "well-educated" you are, and further proved to the members here that whether do you deserve a much more higher pay increment.
3rd thing , if you expect every year to have high pay increment , i guess you must have join the wrong line of work. try joining the banking sector.
You mentioned that “我们公司总共这么点人，总裁每天进进出出就看到了。。。”so can i assume that your company is roughly around 20-50 staffs?
from your posting, you say that 100sgd is only 3% of your current salary. can we assume that you salary is SGD$3,333.33?
can i say that with this kind of salary range , u expect your boss to increase by at least 300sgd every year?
just like what joanana said: if you are unhappy with this, pls resign and find a higher pay job elsewhere.
