【股票】sinotel 配售股价为何变了

西伯尔科技（Sinotel Technologies）将配售2800万新股，每股售价50.52分，这较本月2日的平均价低了19.99％。筹集到的1358万元新资金，将供作一般运营资金。

今天发布的消息是：
Pursuant to the Placement Agreement, the Company has agreed to issue up to 28,000,000 new ordinary shares (the “Placement Shares”) in the capital of the Company at a placement price of S$0.5755 (the “Placement Price”) for each Placement Share

S$0.5052 ， S$0.5755  这是一次配股吗？这配股价还能变呀？

吾正式觉得sinotel的股品有问题，将会成为下一个Yingli，松岩兄要想好啊！

上半场排了59c的卖单short，想想不妥撤了，好险。。。

Yingli 并没有什么问题呀，机构常庄并不看一个月两个月的涨跌。前景依然看好。

而sinotel 这次能大批高价配股，说明机构还是看好的啊。因此觉得在配股价附近还是可以收的。

对于上面的两只股票，庄家绝不会轻松让散户坐车的。反复洗盘是一定要做的。非得洗得散户没了耐心，疯了，它才会上拉。
