现在有没有办法和他对质。。即使在电话上。。?

他硬是说他昨天还了钱给我另外两个和他见面的同学，还说有证据。说有来电显示。
他还说我那个和他见面的同学的合同上有我们几个交了Deposit的人的名字，他也写上了他的名字和Ic。
我相信同学，我想他肯定又在想什么花招。

但是，我觉得这样把同学带上很不好，以后都不知道该怎么相处了。

i really hate the terms in contract and i swear i will never ever enter a contract so easily in future!
if you cannot provide time, money and energy, forget about sueing

Contract is supposedly mutually beneficial to both sides and agreed upon.
When used properly, it protects both parties from unforeseen loss due to
misunderstanding or misconduct. Contract by itself is not the problem.
A contract may be written in a way that it is biased towards one side when
the other side lacks the leverage to negotiate and settle down one on a
fair basis. This is where these snails sneak in and play.

i lost sgd50 , plus my friends', altogether sgd200, i can pay them up to make up my carelessness, but i am really frustrated about the policy here, the way of ppl lieing, i dun know what they are thinking. cheating funny? hurt ppl funny?

i feel sad about this kind of life
i feel miseral about my failure to identify the liars
and i feel so vunerable to have done this kind of mistakes
i am so sorry to my cheated friends, i dear not to telll them the truth

Nothing to worry about. :) Life will go on and you learned a good lesson that you will benefit for a long time.

I once was cheated by a nice, kind and seemingly so respectful 76 year old man, for $3500.
I never was cheated again since then by another one, i mean financially. hahahahah ...
