有没有搞错, 这么简单你都不知道阿。。。。。。。。 以下是我以前做admin (account) 的经验
1. good Tel etiquet: for an example, if you received a call which was looking for your boss or your colleague and he or she was not convenience to take the call. you have to ask and use the pen to write down the caller's name , his company and his tel No and extention No and timing called in. Ask him what time is convenience to call him back. end the say thank you calling XXXXXcompany.
2.跟同事要好好相处, 经常参加一些同事组织的聚餐,不要那么8在公司。新人有时候要忍一下。
3.如果有电话打进来骂人也要笑着回答。如果有顾客当你的面骂人也要笑着回答。如果你解决不了, 就要笑着说:I am sorry Sir or Mdm, can I transfer your call to my senior? If he say yes, then you say please hold on one minute, I am transferring your call to my senior XXXX( senior name). 客人在你面前就说:Would you give me one minute? I have to check my Senior.如果客人很麻烦,说不愿意, 就说你很新是很熟,请他谅解,然后找同事帮忙。(新人前1,2个月可以这么说)
4. accounting duty: if account payable :filling vendor's invoice, key information into accounting system, chop paid on invoice, issue cheque, key information into excel ( normallly key the cheque No, payee name, amount, description for the invoice),update cash book or petty cash , Account Receivable: issue invoice, record reveived cash or CHQ from customer,issue receipt to customer, update cash book ,GL: bank recon, key Genenal Ledger , P& L report , Balance Sheet report, Cash Flow,等等, 估计你不用那么复杂的东西
5. Filling 每个公司都有自己的filling system的, 按照公司的习惯来fill, 不要擅自改, 要做到有东西就fill, 对以后工作有帮助
6. 就是给你一些额外的东西。。。。看他们给你什么了
7.就是每天要寄信和收信, 通常是下班的时候顺便寄信,如果是register mail 要去singpost 排队,早上来的时候或下午4点多去开信箱开信, 然后chop received date 在信上or invoice, 然后就按filling system 来fill.....。。 一些大的公司, 收到的信or invoice都要记录的 |
