It is not the matter where I should held my wedding now. It's my fault that I dint ask ICA clearly as ICA said there is no limitation for PR to apply visa.

I have no experience and nobody suggested me to do that. Now I know it.. a bit sad. Because I think if i apply online, it would be fast and easy.

Yeah, it is faster and easier however might more troublesome.

Go to ICA and request to "see officer" and explain the case. The system could randomly pick up some cases for review. So, go to see the officer then you may get different result though no reason will be provided.

Thank you! I went to appeal this noon. But the officer dint ask much although I kept explaining that my friend is going to attend my wedding and she is already book the ticket. I wrote down all these reason in the appeal letter. In the end, the officer just said that they will try to expedite the case and whether it is approved or not would be another thing. and she said the outcome is within 2 weeks... faint....... Praying...
